Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the online service lettrs (hereinafter "Service"), operated by [Your full name], [Your address] (hereinafter "Provider").

The Service allows users to create formal letters online, which are then printed and sent by postal mail.

2. Contract Formation

A contract is formed when the user creates a letter and payment is successfully completed via Stripe. By completing payment, the user accepts these Terms & Conditions.

3. Service Description

The Provider offers the following services:

  • Provision of letter templates for formal correspondence
  • Generation of print-ready PDF letters based on user input
  • Printing and postal delivery of the letter via the service provider Pingen AG
  • Optional: registered mail delivery

4. Prices and Payment

All prices include statutory VAT. Payment is processed by the payment service provider Stripe. The price is clearly displayed before submission.

5. Delivery

Letter delivery is handled by Pingen AG. After successful payment, the letter is typically printed and handed to the postal service within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method and destination.

The Provider is not liable for delays or losses caused by the postal service.

6. Right of Withdrawal

As this is a contract for the provision of services that begin upon full performance, the right of withdrawal expires once contract fulfilment begins (transmission of the letter to the printing service), provided the user has expressly consented.

Before transmission to the printing service, the user may cancel the process. After transmission, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Provider supplies letter templates and does not provide legal advice. The user is responsible for verifying deadlines and legal requirements. The Provider is not liable for damages arising from the use of templates.

8. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies. For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which they have their habitual residence additionally apply.
